This would be a great place for you to post a lot of your material including Successentials, The Immutable Laws of Achievement, your best quotes. I think when you get your video camera you can record Today is the Day and put it here.

Hi Fred! Going to show property right now. Great questions, as always. My truth - the answers are not as positive currently. I am working the process but feel challenged by my present results. To create change and improvement I am prospecting 5 days/week, internalizing my S&D and presenting a dynamic and positive attitude. However, NO, I am sad to say I am NOT happy with the current direction of my business. I am continuing to work the process. Thanks for your coaching and concern!

Hi Fred, I'm struggling with how much pressure I put on myself. I get up at 3, 4, and then 5 in the morning with this huge amount of energy. I'm trying to channel it into something good ie: memorizing scripts & dialogues. And then at night I pass out at 9:00pm. I think I can do a deal a week. I'm allowing myself to live in healthy denial that I only have one sale so far. I'm really trying to memorize the scripts and dialouges and I'm trying to know the inventory in my farming area. Also, I read about the mortgage news and try to see if I can talk about it intelligently (greatest challenge!) I've always been a person of action so I think that I just have to have patience and let this process work. A smart man once said "If I wanted to have patients - I would have become a doctor". Ha Ha

No deals yet, but I am framing my day everyday to do a deal a week. I am getting to the doors, today I went through the entire script with to completely "No" people and actually dragged out there real estate story, I just have to keep doing that more. I have a new listing and just got it reduced I got close to writnig an offer, I wrote an offer on my other listing but the buyer's couldn't get the financing, I wrote another offer on a foreclosure but the bank didn't accept it and changed agents and want to higher the price, showed that client another house which is an absolute steel, I should know tomorrow if that will fly. I also got in contact with 1 person from door knocking who wants to buy the neighbors property on either or both sides, its a long shot but I am tracking down the owners and same situation with a past client of mine who also wants to buy his neighbors house, I have contacted the neighbors and opened up communication the idea is setting in but again thats a long term person. Thats what is going on with me but I don't let these people distract my day, I door knock, straight after, I go through my list of prospects (as I don't have any leads presently) and see how or if I can move forward, then call my pipeline leads then I have been coldcalling my farm amd sphere. I am trying to work from a schedule and trying to be done with all prospecting by 2.45pm. I am getting better rest, I ran twice this week, so things are improving. And which is important I am really excited everyday and feel really happy because I am giving it my best and you can't do more than that and as Steve has been saying we can't reach perfection but little improvements and moving in the right direction is good. Thanks for everything. Michelle

FREDIAN THEORY....

Commitment is measured by action.

Who will do what.... when?

Are you talking to people in terms of benefit (opportunity)?

Enlightenment is being free of self-limitation.

"I like to find out what people think."

You don't vend a propportunity™ to sell that specific property, although that is a possibility. You vend opportunity to find out what people will do.

Every day you need to watch from falling into the trap of thinking, "Tomorrow things will work out."

Measure your success by what you do today.

One definition of success is... taking appropriate action.

The goal is to find out what you don't know vs. judging what you think you know. This is what it means to be "open".

Things don't get done because they don't get done today.

Great is being great today.

Your career, your year, won't come together until you break it down into the unit of today.

What are you pushing away, distraction or deals?

The practice of being in the hunt leads to production on a regular basis.

Begin each day "on purpose". Clear, connected, open, and READI.

Your decisions define who you are.
