I have found that in order to stay on track with how I want to live, I need to set goals and live with challenges. My friends and I are planning to hike up Half Dome in Yosemite in May, 2009. That goal keeps me walking, walking, hiking, even climbing stairs wherever they are.
And that's why I keep signing up for the 100 Day Challenge. It's a lifestyle!
