- To have a process in place that helps me stay focused to create more business. To be able to sell a house a week regardless of the market and focus on the 7-day leads. Create more balance in my life so that I work smarter and have more time with my husband.

- I have been in Orange County since 1988 having moved here from Texas where I was in business in Dallas and San Antonio. Looking forward to getting to know everyone in the 100 Day Challenge and doing great business together. I am so excited about the learning experience from this group. Can only make all of us better at what we do. Scripts and Dialogues will be my focus for 2009 so they roll off my tongue without having to think about them. Learning to ask deep and wide questions to get to the truth to help filter out those who will from those who won't. Am very excited about 2009.
