Yes, actually we are thinking about it.

Why there?
It has a better school district and we have family down there.
When would you do this?
Actually, we probably need to decide within the next two weeks, as the kids get out of school.
How old are your kids?
They’re 9 and 11.
Given this timing, what are you thinking about listing your home here?
We are planning on listing it and are just in the process of doing a few things to fix it up.
And have you spoken to any realtors?
Not yet; we’re just starting to think about that; do you work in this area?
Yes, I do; I live near here and specialize in selling homes in the neighborhood
Have you ever sold a home before?
No. This is our first home.
I’d be happy to help you and can give you information in terms of the sales process, trends in the neighborhood, how to prepare your home to show to get the most money and so forth. Are you open to that?
Yes, but I need to talk with my husband.
Absolutely. I would want to meet with both of you at the same time. When would be a good time for me to follow up with you?
Tomorrow morning would be ok.
Great; and what is your name and phone number?
I’m Stephanie Romero and my husband is Alex. Our number is 310.123.4567.
Terrific. When would be a good time to walk through your home—do you want me to do that now or when we meet again?
Next time would be better, when Alex is here.
Fine. Would some time over the weekend work for you?
Saturday afternoon might work.
Great. Is there anything specific you would like to see from me?
No. Whatever you think is important.
