How much would you want to list it for?
What if the market was less than that what would you do?
When can we get together at you home?

Where is your home?
What is the size, lot size, upgrades?
How much did you list the home for?
Whose idea was the price: yours or your agent's?
How was the home marketed?
Did you get any offers? If so, how did you respond?

You sounded a little frustrated when you said that! Was there a reason it did't sell?

It is just a lousy market and we could not get our price.

Why did you want to sell in the first place?

Well the home is too big and we wanted to move up north, but then when we looked arround there was nothing that we could get that we liked that wasn't too expensive.

Where were you looking.

San Francisco.

Why there?

My wife's family lives up there.

Did you get any offers while you were on the market?

No and all our agent wanted us to to do was to keep dropping the price.

What was it listed for?

$2,550,000.

If you had an all cash offer for $2,000,000 would you take it?

Not unless I could find the condo we want on Bunker Hill for $1,000,000.

Is Bunker Hill more important than finding somewhere where you can realize your dream of being closer to you wife's family? There are other alternatives to living in San Francisco.

It's my wife, who wants Bunker Hill.

So if we can find a solution to the Bunker Hill problem, would you still be interested in selling your home?

May be, yes.

May I call you over the weekend? I would like to come round to see your Home. I may have some ideas on how to move this forward.

Sure, here is may card.

FREDIAN THEORY....

Commitment is measured by action.

Who will do what.... when?

Are you talking to people in terms of benefit (opportunity)?

Enlightenment is being free of self-limitation.

"I like to find out what people think."

You don't vend a propportunity™ to sell that specific property, although that is a possibility. You vend opportunity to find out what people will do.

Every day you need to watch from falling into the trap of thinking, "Tomorrow things will work out."

Measure your success by what you do today.

One definition of success is... taking appropriate action.

The goal is to find out what you don't know vs. judging what you think you know. This is what it means to be "open".

Things don't get done because they don't get done today.

Great is being great today.

Your career, your year, won't come together until you break it down into the unit of today.

What are you pushing away, distraction or deals?

The practice of being in the hunt leads to production on a regular basis.

Begin each day "on purpose". Clear, connected, open, and READI.

Your decisions define who you are.
