I'd be happy to meet with them. Are they just interested in meeting and discussing options, or are they ready to move forward with their home search? We can certainly look at what's available online and how they might fit in with what they want, but if they expect to actually see some homes, I'll need to talk with them now to discover what will suit them, so we don't waste any time. Would you like to give me their contact info?

That's great and let me take a moment to thank you for the referral business opportunity, I really appreciate it. Now we'll be able to take it to the next level. Timing is everything now and must not be squandered. First, I'll need to you to give me contact information of both sisters, I'll need to speak with both sisters separately to establish their wants in needs by asking a few simple questions to help me help them find and buy the home they want, in the area and condition they want to live in and at a price they want to pay; just as I've done with you, 0K???. Then, once I've established communications and have asked the questions I need, things will get moving and we'll have smooth sail'en all the way thru and the whole family will be closer together before you know it, sound good to you???.

I just came across a 3-bedroom condo in Parker that is completely furnished and priced $25,000 below what it sold for 2 years ago. Who do you know that might be looking for a real opportunity investment?

Clever interplay :) I like that you applied what came up on the call-- Rather than saying it is X below market, saying "it is selling for x less than it sold for ..."
