02.05.10 You show your buyer 2 homes and tell them that you suspect both will go fast. They call you the next day to say they want to write offers. One home has an accepted offer just signed, and 4 Replies

the other has an offer in.    How do you advise them?     (and sorry  I missed some scripts-- I had tech difficulties on the site for a couple of days )
